Sales Engineer

Role Overview

The Sales Engineer will work directly with manufacturer engineering teams to resolve technical issues in the field, consult with customers on equipment requirements, and evaluate returned products to identify defects. This is a technical sales role requiring hands-on product knowledge and strong customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with manufacturer engineering teams to diagnose and resolve technical product issues
  • Consult with customers to understand equipment requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Evaluate returned products and inspect for manufacturing defects
  • Provide technical support throughout the sales process
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and product feedback

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent international credential
  • Minimum two years of experience designing and testing ABS wheel sensor tools and magnetic ring tools
  • Background in quality control and defect inspection
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks software
