One home for a scattered workforce

Morrisroe Group needed a single, always-on place for a workforce of 100+ employees — spread across sites and speaking different first languages — to reach HR, health & safety, IT, and compliance information without hunting through email chains or a shared drive.

The brief called for something that felt native on a phone in a van as easily as on a desk browser, installable, working offline, and ready to sit behind proper company authentication once IT sign-off was in place.

A PWA, not a portal

Built lightweight — no framework overhead — as an installable progressive web app with a service worker for offline access. Role-based dashboards separate employee, manager, and admin views, structured from day one to slot into Azure AD single sign-on.

Twenty-three languages with full right-to-left support mean the platform speaks to the whole workforce, not just the head-office majority — a detail that matters far more than another animation ever would.

Palette

Morrisroe navy and blue carry the same authority indoors as the brand does on-site — deliberately restrained, built to age well.

Content

Eight policy areas — HR, health & safety, GDPR, IT, cyber, quality, environmental, CSR — structured so non-technical staff can keep them current.

Reach

23-language i18n layer with RTL support for Arabic and Urdu, plus a service worker so core content is available with no signal.

Access

Role-based views for employee, manager, and admin — wired for Azure AD / MSAL so login becomes a company account, not a shared password.
